TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Agreement

  • By using Construction Cure, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
  • Construction Cure provides software tools for recording site attendance, visitor logs, and generating wage and CIS calculations based on user-provided data.

2. Eligibility

The service is intended for business users. You confirm that you have authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your company.

3. User Responsibilities

The customer is solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy of data entered into the system
  • Reviewing and verifying wage and CIS outputs
  • Compliance with employment, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensuring appropriate consent is obtained from workers where required
  • Construction Cure does not independently verify data entered by users.

4. Payroll and CIS Calculations

Wage and CIS calculations are generated automatically based on:

  • Recorded clock-in and clock-out data
  • Pay rates and tax settings entered by the customer
  • The customer remains fully responsible for verifying all payroll and tax calculations before processing payments.
  • Construction Cure shall not be liable for losses arising from incorrect data input, incorrect rate configuration, or failure to review outputs prior to payment.

(This clause is critical protection.)

5. Service Availability

  • We aim to provide reliable and continuous access to the service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
  • We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the service
  • Attempt unauthorised access
  • Interfere with system integrity
  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts for misuse.

7. Fees and Payment

Subscription fees are payable as agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Construction Cure shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of business
  • Business interruption
  • Data loss arising from incorrect input

Our total liability in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer during that period.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
(This is standard SaaS protection.)

9. Termination

Customers may terminate their subscription in accordance with the applicable plan.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
